I agree with dannyac. I do a lot of off road driving, I have been on climbs/descents that seriously were scary, have taken photos and videos and they look like gentle rises etc

If you haven't been there, don't speculate on what could or couldn't make it up. This hell is damn near vertical, and these buggies are well built. It's different than just plain rocks like in the west, too - these rocks are covered in mud, dirt, moss, and dead leaves. They're slick.

And a barely modified Sammi would not make it up, guys.

I am glad that there are a couple of smart people still out there in the world! Cable Hill is one of the roughest hill climbs that you can find. It got it's name because more often than not the winch "cable" has to be used to get the vehicle off the "hill". The point of Cole's attempt was a rock race where speed is better than just putting through.
