@MrVigel You have to get some Cult Classics!! They are amazing. Super long slides. They are grippy at first but after maybe 1 hour they break in. My other wheels are 78a 85mm hawgs, I can only do a few slides on them. But on the classics I have learnt standies and speed checks. Get them, you can't go wrong! They are silent and think they will last a fair amount of time. Definitely getting another set. (Get 4 pinks!)

@OoBiGsHoToO If you prefer drop throughs thats fine, but i do recomend it anyways and i can tell you it will be nice and slidey, i have not ridden it per say but i have ridden simila boards the wedging in the nose makes it turnyer so you can initiate slides easier and the lowered platform not only gets you lower to the ground (like a drop through) making it easier to slide it also alows you to wedge your feet in for alot of control

@MrVigel The board I own my first and only board. It is 11 ply maple. Heavy as f**k, but that why I like it. I laugh so much when people say, its too heavy therefore I am put off'. You'll be suprised, since I have had this board I have got a lot stronger. It takes more effort to slide, push and carry etc which is better deffinately. It is a topmount with turned up nose and flat tail, quite crap really for sliding, but just put effort and I'm fine. I would say drop throughs are better for sliding

I don't know if you answer questions or not, but what helped you hold out the slide longer as far as balance and resisting twisting back, I have been practicing pretty regularly and I can only hold them out for about 15 feet on a good one, any tips?

@KrackdSkullzClermont Go faster, round lipped wheel to be sure that your wheels wont catch up and make you faceplant (or assplant if you'Re throwing a toeside check, they're scaryfun)

Place your heels really outside of the board (have like 1/3 of your foot sticking out).
