Ferrari's Enzo is better than anything that Lamborghini has in production.

The 550 is outdated as well. 575, or the 599 would match better against the Murci, as would the entry level F430. The 430 would be at a disadvantage though, because it is an 8 cyl. It can still kick the crap out of the 10 cyl lambo (Gallardo).

Put them on a track, and it's a whole other issue. Lambo's suck at racing. They exist purely for shock value.
