Eso de estar a 3650 metros sobre el nivel del mar es excusa suficiente para necesitar un poco mas de oxigeno del que estamos acostumbrados pese a eso dieron un exelente concierto felicidades. Vuelvan cuando gusten, mejor si se dan una vuelta por Santa Cruz.

The reason they are wearing those things is because they need to acclimate to the elevation change because of the areathey are in. Basically what this means is that where they are has less oxygen per breath and in the body isn't used to that you can get lightheaded or worse and those oxygen masks help to make the transition easier. Because La Paz is one of the highest situated capitals in the world at 1100 feet and the air is rarefied , some people may not be used to this kind of air so it's better to have oxigen in case you have problems breathing.
