@Timodemaas I'm assuming you're referring to the first 20 secs of the video where a woman is speaking to Sam. That girl is the demon Tammy from the season 3 episode Malleus Maleficarum. It is from her that we first hear of Lilith, though she is not named and we don't see her until the episode Jus In Bello which is the very next scene with the little girl in pink.
