Scarve is the best French band in an objective view...technicality, ferocity, inventive, originality, naturality, genius! Gojira are way inferior in this view, but they surely are easier and I can see why lots of people like them.

i agree scarve has a lot more technicality and originality compared to gojira plus dirk is the man. But gojira has the moments both bands should given full respect they are both legends in their own right. dont forget about anorexia nervosa they are french and are really good to

There are plenty of good bands that can "touch" Scarve like: Hacride,Artefact,Phazm,Kronos,­Benighted etc

Those bands are (in their genre) tools that can help french metal scene to be discovered by the rest of the world(this has already begun with Gojira).
