I would not recommend doing this, because if you using a flat iron too much, your hair can get badly damaged or even fry under the heat of the iron... Instead, I would consider using hot rollers or cushioned rollers. Even using a regular curling iron would be better than doing this. I also recommend avoiding styling your hair as much as possible, because it will help keep your hair's natural oils nurishing your hair and scalp.
