Konami always had a very strong sound department for their games. MSX Snatcher soundtrack is a masterpiece which deserves way more recognition. It's amazing how much depth and emotion a talented composer can cram into three pulse channels and 5 channels of 128 Byte sound ram. This is the kind of dedication which is so dearly missed in modern games and music in general.
Out of all the songs featured here, the only ones that I think you're missing are "Transform Risa", which I'm pretty sure is played in the scene where Lisa Nielsen shows her true colors. Also, there's a song called "Follow up the Scent", which I'm pretty sure is played when you first see the factory. And finally, I think that slapstick music is supposed to be "Wrong Answer". I could be wrong on this, but that's what I think.
Finally, what's your favorite Snatcher soundtrack? I'd say PC88.
Possibly you played a version on a different platform; some songs were added, others left out in subsequent versions. Or so I read. Anyway, if you download the soundtrack (link in the description), you will find a KSS file inside. Play it with a suitable player (read info.txt) and see if the songs that are missing are in there.
