Everyday, u do 3 hours of muay thai, pad hitting, bag hitting, techniques. U rest a bit. Run like 10 miles, then do 3 hours again. Am I correct or no. If I do this everyday, at first, Ill gas out, especially Thailand is known for very hot weather, but eventually if I keep my mind strong, and overcome the fatigue, I will be good. when I go back to US, all of my friends are like dude, u r a freak, what happened? lol haha

If you had to choose one gym in phuket to train which would it be. I did a bit of training at j.prapa-kiatadisak gym when i was last in thailand i loved it but it only had one training per day for 2 hours in the afternoon which i didn't mind but i really want two this time.
To me ... I like camps fully ran by Thai people ... but Tiger has so many Thai trainers and then you can train with so many Farangs it is fun. The best Camp is the one you make FAMILY connections at ... it is about Person Relationships not really the Camp. ;-)
Hey im thinking about going to train in phuket for three months im thinking about going to tiger muay thai. Do you think it is a good gym for fighters training or would you recommend another gym in phuket.
Tiger has the most members and trainers so you will get a wide range of training. They will kick your BUTT so take your time ... most get Sick and/ or Injured because they do not RELAX ... you do not have to train TWO times a day and in fact if you do you won't make it for a month. ;-(
I have noticed that out of all of your videos its looks like the Tiger Camp seems to be the most energitic . The Chaiya seems to be the most technical.

SawazzzzzDEE Bro,
E-mail me at docthailand gmail com and I will send you INFO about Muay Thai
Island.
There is a South Thailand Champ there, he has over 200 fights and 50 plus boxing fights with a Zero lose record.
You would like his style because he is a powerful BOXER and then adds the Power of other Muay Thai strikes.
Phra JAO uay pon, God bless- DOC. ;-)
