As for paying ~ 100 euros initially, then, after 2 months or 1, didn't take the time to do the maths, another 12 euros per month to play a game in which most people are getting gear off Blizzard's 'we want everyone to play' way of thinking.. It is disappointing. You could find refuge in the lore of the warcraft tales..but that is even more disappointing.

I've played the game for 2 years and a few months.

My conclusion ? The time, the effort, the money and the aggravation are not worth it.

I've been playing WoW since pre-BC, my 1st char got lvl 40 when naxx first came out. Was a noob back then. But as soon as Bc was getting ready to release, I've started raiding, truly raiding, seeing the hard-core part of the game, as well as the pre-requests for the raid enconters. I mean the lore.

As soon as BC came out, the lore was adestroyed. Same goes for WotLK.

If you don't want the Death knight at 55, you could get to level 68 and buy WotLK. The entry level for Northrend is 68.

Yea, level'ing up isn't really the problem, it is (or was) having the time to actually do raids. I stopped right before Ahn Quiraj? or whatever... Raids took damned forever, mostly because of people being new to it. I mean... getting 40 people to function as a team takes a while. Otherwise you have to join an already established big guild...

I wonder whats going on in Blizzard's mind. They make a Death Knight class, which is a scourge knight, but they did not think about the scourge mobs in-game. They attack you even though you are a Death Knight. Like, what thehell is that? If you are a part of the scourge, the other ones should not attack you. But you can be in all the other capital citys. Stupid, just stupid( I still like playing Death Knight though:p )
