Great video and beautiful house but could I just bring up a point? What would really be neat is the history of the house...when built...who owned it...family...etc, to go along with the video...just saying...
This place is absolutely stunning, the wooden columns are the biggest i've ever seen.i'd buy this place in a sec....Needs work, but after it's finished, look what you'd have >a 1 of a kind< Keep it as near to original as possible, thats what makes it standout.Btw how you shot it,just makes it that more interesting....very well done.Would like to see another sometime...
you know at the end i did start to feel a little spooked, funny how the right music and filming can do to the mind but the whole time i was wondering why dosent anyone restore it, and what would it take to do so?
@jetskingerik Or maybe that is the question, why does no one restore it? Or maybe the right question is....maybe someone still lives there that doesn't want it to be restore ooooooOooo lol.
Some very eerie imagery! Awesome how you captured the sun starting at 3:20 between the 2 gables. The clincher, of course, is the use of both sepia (color would have ruined everything!), and the circular framing effect, which is reminiscent of very early silent movies or late 19th century cinématographe motion pictures.
If it's abandoned, couldn't someone just break in, change the locks so they could have them, get electricity/plumbing and stuff running, possibly clean it up a bit, and make it their own without worrying about extra charges? Or is there some kinda rule thing?
Sad, a house like that sits empty. Wonder what the inside is like ..

A bit of common sense and some investment. Both in great scarcity in our beautiful country..........

Are you going to buy it? It looks nice. All it needs is new paint, new carpet, and an exorcism to get rid of any spirits good or bad.

@tonid5573 As you wish. The poltergeists come out after midnight.

I belive there is, b/c when a propordy is abandoned the govenment is given the deed to that poropdy.

Oh yeah, that makes sense. Unless, I guess, it was out in the middle of nowhere. This one is part of the city.
