I only wish that you had included the seen in which we see John Travolta's character brings in the newly orphaned young boy into his home, asking his wife, (Joan Allen) and daughter, (the then gorgeous Dominique Swain) if they would approve of if this kid becoming a new addition to the family. That scene brought a tears to my eyes, which I remember all of these years later!

Oh that music moves me to tears every time I hear it. It was used as HBO background music for one of their show promo segments a few years ago and I never knew what it was from but I really loved it. When I watched Face Off and heard it at end, I recognized it immediately. It is beautiful...sad and uplifting at the same time. How is that possible?

They just don't fo movies like this anymore. Back then in the 90's even Action movies had their "magical heartwarming" endings. The ending of this is perfect. The music, the lighting, the slow-mo, the symbolism, and the pyschology of it. 90's Goodness all the way

I know that 1997 was the year that produced "Titanic", later winning all of those Oscar awards. But, Face-Off was such an awesome, action-packed, suspenseful, and had simply a breathtaking ending. Don't forget when Travolta's character introduced the orphaned boy to his wife and daughter - and asking them if he could be a part of the family as year's before their son had been brutally murdered. Simply a tear-inducing moment!

I remember sitting in the theatre watching this movie in 98 and hearing the cheers when this song came on at the end during the reunion. Movie magic at it's greatest. To bad John Woo hasn't done much since, Paycheck with Ben Affleck was pretty good though.

Let me give you a hint, why do you think i wrote in the beginning "face off soundtrack - ready for the big ride, bubba" ? This song is played at the end of the movie, at first when you see Sean in Castors body standing next to Sacha and he's about to attend the funeral of Victor Lazarro.
