@SRTGproductions Mini-type.  I like 9.6v NiMH batteries but VFC tests them on 12v car batteries. Most people these days would use a small 11.1v lithium polymer battery.

I have the black version I put on it foregrip-tactical flashlight-red dot and it is a great Aeg Rifle for a casual player or a milsim player. I play milsim so I use only 8 real caps. It has very solid body,I use it 8 months and I haven't any problem yet.

Also I have the Gbb Scar I was very impressed when I had buy it but now I am not.it is not realistic to fill the mag all the time especially in the battle.400 euro for 8 mags??

@warmonger735 yeah thats true, but for a realistic airsoft experience the recoil isnt the only important aspect. The sound when shooting is also very important, and the sound of a little electric motor doesnt really fit to a gun.

@warmonger735 yes. gas guns cant have fps lowered easily, the are really fragile, the fps is really unpredictable, and it requires more work to load the mags, which usually have a tiny capacity anyway (for airsoft, at least)

The VFC Scar-l in dark earth looks pretty good, and the upper receiver on it looks closer to the bottom then on any other. Besides, it looks like that in real life. If the colour bugs me too much ill just spray paint the whole damn thing a beatiful custom camo or something

@dirtbikesandguitar Agree on both points. ROF is limited by the voltage of your battery, and FPS is limited by your spring. Certain fields have FPS limits, depending what you're playing. Seeing as this is the SCAR L CQC, 360 fps is a little fast for what it was built for, most close quarters places I play at (like TTAC3) have an upper limit of 350 fps.

Not really. As long as its has a decent rof, it shouldn't matter too much. Trigger response and accuracy from single fire is more important imo. I have a kwa m4 with lipo and I mostly shoot in semi. I get more hits on targets than people who spray and pray.

Echo 1 is coming out with a SCAR-H before the end of 2009, they showed a picture of it, and it said coming 2009. i personally cant w8 cuz i no echo 1 doesnt make the best quality guns, but the cheapest SCAR-H is the CA which is $390.

Good luck, all VFC's are pricy. Right now at AirsoftGI it is $420. If you want a SCAR for under $250 go with the D Boys, even though they had a some what bad reputation before, it looks like they've shaped up and produced some gund rifles. Heard many good reviews of it.

I've heard differently. The SCAR-L uses M4 mags. The SCAR-H, however, doesn't. I think the heavy uses M14 mags. But I'm not sure on that, so don't quote me lol.
