I know what you mean about others wearing your suit. A few of my smaller friends have tried on my own suit and it's like, really weird. xD My friend hugged me and she's all "So how does it feel to hug your own character?" and I squeeled. xD

and aproxamatly how much does one invest in this kind of a suit

And the average for a nice quality partial can range from $700-$1100 depending on how complex the char is.
