I just got mine (and did an unboxing vid =) I was surprised to the build quality of the headphones, but I couldn't get them to stick in my ears :P I'm using others anyway, but if you get them to stick, they're absolutely usable.
A few short tests so far has left me very impressed with the quality of this little thing :) And it's got a truck load of features :O

you are missing one thing, You see that long pole thingy that you have, that is actualy for a mic stand. your missing the piece that goes with the pole (sticj) that screws into a mic stand..
i JUST got one, and it was great you can use SD card HC (high capacity) until 32GB, mine is Trancend SDHC 8GB...it's has a nice sound to better quality than TASCAM DR-1. ALL for only $173 (not bad)
you would be best just using the zoom as an interface by itself unless you want to use a few XLR mics...at that point you would want to run the mixer into the line in port on the zoom.
I prefer the older H4 because of the XLR inputs and I heard of problems with the mics on these H2s...
can you record 4 channels with 2 channels coming from internal mic and the other 2 channels from an external input?
