  • 0.0 intel plays crysis and crysis warhead?

  • 4:28

Tick Tock, watching this in 2012 and saying that I am a proud owner of an i7 Nehalem 920 and Sandy Bridge 2600k.

  • Gotta love those Indian geniuses.

  • The guy at 4:45 needs a haircut

  • Can't wait till Intel releases it's 50 core processor! Yes they have one already...

  • I'm on a 2.8Ghz i7. Anything above this is really not necessary. My processor have never exceeded 50% of utilization, I mean never !! And I barely close any application, they're all runing at same time on my 16gigs of ram, games, videos, i love this fucking i7 !

  • knows how to make an I7...still uses CRT....

  • wutt? 2008??

  • the home of high performance microprocessors and theyre using CRT monitors 1:12

  • my laptop sandy bridge pawn all this ( on that time )

  • Now to make them cheaper...

  • They lable that girl testing the CPU on games "pro gamer" I laughed...

  • :(( i need a new computer

  • 2008 WTF o.O

  • oh damm i only have the i3

  • wow ... 58 people still using Pentium 3 Dual-Core

  • @PCSX1000 i havent heard of pentium 3 having a dual core version

  • @kunven why mine is "Intel Pentium III Dual-Core CPU @ 2.00GHz" ???

  • @PCSX1000 wo pentium 3 dual core did exist sorry man i didnt know that

  • IM GLAD TO HAVE THESE ON MY LAPTOP ..

    THUMB UP WHO HAVE THIS...

  • Proud to have one of those in my laptop! I have an I7 2670QM.

  • @rslive4you me too .. its 2.2GHz right?? and turbo boost goes to 3.1GHz ..

  • @PCSX1000 yeah, but only mine never goes in turbo boost. my laptop gets already warm enough though. what graphics card do you have? i have a Nvidia GT555M. its really good, i can even play Skyrim on high settings (ultra is a bit laggy).

  • @mickjuhh15 my graphic card is Nvidia GT540M

  • :) podre correr el pacman ?

  • @MyZero93 this joke is lame even in spanish

  • only the happiest and full with energy and life can work at Intel

  • PUT THESE JOBS BACK IN THE US

  • 1:47 wow, I didn't know GIRLS played Crysis.

  • Intel i5 ftw!!

  • I have a Pentium Dual Core. :'(

  • @chadheck96 me too .. i have both of them .. at my first lappy .. i have Dual-Core .. at my new acer ... i have i7 2670QM ..

  • fuck this shit, I'm on an i5

  • 1. Turn on CC

    2. LMFAO

    3. Profit

  • just imagine in 10 years, the middle to low end processor will be an i5 or i7 or so...all that power for people who just use email and surf the web.

  • can i has Reginas job??? thx :D

  • so you guys even use decent coolers in your testings, yet still you offer this piece of crap called "Boxed Cooler". wouldnt it be wise to just pack better coolers, or make "deluxe package" with better cooler. ppl will buy better coolers anyway (well, most ppl at least...)

  • 0 to 3.66 GHz in i7 seconds...

  • Not even Intel uses stock Intel cpu heatsink fans. lol

  • The girl is playing Crysis Warhead

  • Hey guys!

    Which is better Intel i7 2670QM or i7 2620M??

  • @iphone3gs91 The Intel i7 2670QM, is the fastest and bestest, of the two.

  • @AmigaWolf bestest?

  • @colinprprpr

No wonder they failed at making GPUs! :D

  • Makes i7's and uses monitors from 4 decades ago...

Try running a company and stay on top of monitors, you obviously DO NOT need it = saving costs!

    Dumbass...

  • 57 people are still using Pentium 3 CPU

  • @MrRu8iXF4n lol

  • @MrRu8iXF4n No they are more AMD users lol

  • @MrRu8iXF4n My Friends is using Pentium III on 700MHz and he's not happy about that.He can't buy a better like Pentium IV :D

  • @MrRu8iXF4n nope, they are using AMD Athlon.

  • @MrRu8iXF4n i also use intel i7

  • @MrRu8iXF4n Pentium 4 actually!

  • @MrRu8iXF4n

    59

  • where are the slave labour?

  • @PeikkoKuningas95 Did an incident regarding slave labour happen with intel? I've been trying to find out but I don't get anything. Can you tell me please? Or is this a joke?

  • @daninetails867 it was kind of a joke since they still ARE made in asia ;D

  • 2:30 .. "its a terrible job"

wha?? testing the new game is a terrible job??

  • @PCSX1000 lol somehow i think not i know id do it.

  • I want to be a fellow!

  • Have i gone deaf, i can't hear anything ;/

  • Intel Xeon, check that puppy out...

  • All I need to know is that the combination of an i7-2600K Sandy Bridge with 16GB of RAM and a Radeon HD 6970 lets me run pretty much any game I throw at it at max settings. Hell, I even get 500+ FPS in MINECRAFT.

  • So does Intel have Jobs in Canada? I'm considering being a computer engineer right now.

  • @Hardy123Zhao This is kinda more of Electrical Engineering rather than computer engineering.

  • @rahmanroni Really? you want to bet my future on it? Cuz yeh uh.. kinda have to pick a program soon :P You sure?

  • @Hardy123Zhao Basically CPU design is a sub-field of electrical engineering and sometimes with a combination of Computer Engineering. Some schools provide it as parts of their EE major, others have it as part of their Comp Engineering major, some even have it as a different course all together. You'd have to ask your guidance Councillor or the ap of that department at your school of interest for specific info though. Look up "cpu design" on wikipedia if you're interested.

  • i thought intel employees work in nice looking offices.. but it seems that they work in a warehouse kinda office. :)

  • It sure does suck to play games for hours to test how well a processor works. Could I have that job?

  • You know what Intel beats AMD because instead of bashing other companies they make a better CPU and show how its good for the consumer.

  • Comment removed

  • @callmeCAYLOR It is not the fastest on the planet or available to consumers. To the best on my knowledge the new i7 extreme is fastest for consumers. Other companies make their own that are faster though

  • @hirshagarwal So coporations like Sony, IBM, Samsung, ARM etc make their own better, faster micro-processors for their own use and non-consumer usage then?.

  • @TheDevineBeing Yes, sony doesn't make processors and ARM makes mobile handset processors, IBM though makes their own processors that are even faster

  • @callmeCAYLOR Maybe back in 2008, lol. Sandy Bridge (and Ivy Bridge coming out in Spring 2012) definitely kick first-generation Core i7's butts.

  • @callmeCAYLOR I think it's for the consumer. it's more.. economized because if you get something like Intel Xeon in blades, the computer itself can be as small as your PC, or as big as a factory. i7 is for the typical consumer but I find that it should be for the typical PC gamer. if all u do is search the web and small stuff, even play something like minecraft or maplestory, an Intel Pentium 4 processor and a decent amount of RAM should be fine.

  • Comment removed

  • @callmeCAYLOR Intel have now released i7 extreme processors which are so much faster then the normal i7, but yes they were.

  • @callmeCAYLOR Xeon are faster I think

  • @callmeCAYLOR I seriously doubt they would release THE fastest one made to anyone with the cash. Just my opinion though.

  • @callmeCAYLOR

The Intel Xeon may be faster, but I think there is a $1000 model of the i7 that outdoes them.

Also, certain government agencies and research labs make use of more powerful computers (supercomputers), but for a consumer, the two chip models I mentioned are as fancy as it gets (which is pretty damn fancy).

  • @SamFloreani the i7 better. The i7 efficiently uses it's cache to allow all six cores to be constantly micromanaged. even the i5 is incredible. anything before their release is going to be a lesser quality... unless you spend $100,000 or so and get IBM to build you a super computer.

  • @Polydynamix

Yeah, that's what I though. And the i5 is incredible, I'm building a gaming rig right now, going to be using an Intel i5 2500k. The i7 is beyond awesome, but is presently overkill for most people's purposes.

  • @callmeCAYLOR fastest for consumers

  • @callmeCAYLOR yeah .. Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition + Nvidia Geforce GTX 590 + 8GB Memory RAM is the fastest Gaming PC in the world ..

  • @PCSX1000

There are computers whit Intel Core i7 Extreme edition and Nvidia Geforce GTX 590, but

whit like 24 RAM. =.= However it's not really needed, lol.

  • @salysPRO 24 ram will overcloak the PC

  • @PCSX1000

    It wouldn't. :)

If you have multiple programs up you will use more of your RAM.

It's better for like playing while rendering/uploading a video for example.

  • @salysPRO 24 and .. why u said i dont really need it?? i need it to gaming

  • @PCSX1000

    No, you understand me wrong...

You will not need 24 of RAM, lol.

    :)

  • @callmeCAYLOR Heard bout' Intel Xeon?

  • @callmeCAYLOR available to consumers, im sure.

  • @callmeCAYLOR ive seen a video with 2 of cpu's

  • @callmeCAYLOR fastest procesor in world ic called ss it haves 13 cores core clock is 5.6 ghz on 23 nm its used only in military and now there is new one in making called c17 it will be first 20 nm processor with 15 real and 3 logical cores

  • @callmeCAYLOR only for consumers for now

  • @callmeCAYLOR my understanding is it had the greatest serial processing capability (incorporating clock speed and instruction set) in the world at the time. I believe super computers commonly use thousands of them in parallel to achieve their speeds.

  • @callmeCAYLOR THE fastest processor on the planet is the intel xeon 10 core or something.

  • @colinprprpr Yes it is, But Xeon is for servers they will not put it in a normal laptop or PCs

for PCs the highest processor yet is the Quad core i7 :D

  • OMG, this video is from 08, and currently using sandy bridge!, time goes by fast!

  • 2:22 whoa ! if your tired of doint THAT job ........well leave it to me .......... i'll be very lucky to get that kind of a job!

  • Nice

  • skynet

  • Im just glad the human brain still superior to the CPU. Even though your conscious mind can't process data as fast, the unconscious mind can handle so much data it would still make the CPU look a child's toy which of course it is.

  • i would do it that ''terrible job i like testing or messing with hardware

please intel test department will you employ me i d like to work along that lady %D

  • @iEvoss My bro also likes messing or testing as you.

  • FUCKING VISTA !

  • If they say a 2 by 2 cm processor is one of the most powerful in the world, why cant they make a 20 by 20 cm processor which would have the same technology but more of it inside? A processor like that would be amazing...

  • @1470cool Imagine the heatsink needed to cool it x)

  • @tugfngjfuvj still that would be so much better but the price would be like $5000 lol

  • @1470cool The bigger the chip the lower the yield as there are more processes which can screw up, so the price would be so high nobody would want to buy it.

  • @tugfngjfuvj still they can just make a prototype and call it the most powerful prosessor in the world :)

  • @1470cool for that, you'll need a big heatsink or go LN2.

that would be awfully hot. but with that, you could fit hundreds of cores inside. GOOD IDEA>!

  • Do they get to have a free intel core i7 processor just cuz they work at intel?

Ive changed my mind bout my future career then...INTEL ALLTHE WAY!!!

  • And how can it be a bad job to test games? Would love to have that job

  • Every computer I buy always make sure it have a Intel chip. my first one was Intel Pentium processor II

  • Regina Wu's job is awesome

  • Let me know when Regina Wu quits. I'll take her terrible job. Right!.

  • 3:50 what is that gigantic motherboard on the red board?

  • PS3 CHIP IS 8 core. very powerful.

  • @metifu You're right, but it has one "big core" and rest of them are "small cores". It is powerful indeed, but it's too sad that most gaming developers makes console games on xbox360, which has powerful gpu and bad cpu, and when they turn it to ps3, they don't use the full potential of ps3 cpu. And ps3 has BAD gpu

  • @madurpo Gosh man the cpu in an xbox 360 is so much of a fail! , ps3 thanks to it's better cpu it has even better , image , try comparing Uncharted with some game like Gears of war for xbox360

  • @CrASYmUZIk I know that, and that's the problem! Also, Ps3 anti-aliasing is worse, and usually in multiplatform games, ps3 has more "sawblades". Using more Gpu on both platforms, makes the ps3 version weaker

  • @madurpo idk , but i see more of a pleasent overall image on the ps3

  • @madurpo

360.. powerfull gpu? when it was created.. yes. But atm its crap.

Let them stick a modern comparable cpu (with actual multicore and not 1 big and 7 small cores) and a modern GPU like a 69xx or 580 chips. its been years since I couldn't install a game that was made for console (on a pc) and ported back to PC. Consoles are holding games back!

  • @EliteGhost001 Well 360 Gpu beats ps3 gpu.. But they're still both crap compared to modern GPU.

I have HD6950 and it's really amazing :) Also, have you heard about AMD FX bulldozers? Sick fully unlocked 8 core CPU :O (beats I7 easily). But not many games can support 8 cores, that could be a problem :/ Maybe should wait couple years and see the results.

It really sucks when games are holded back by consoles. Consoles are cheap, poor people (children) can afford them.. PC gaming all the way!

  • @madurpo

Well hang on, that amd 8 core is still in development so ya cant say itll beat the i7. Sure I hope it does, ive got a 950 and its lovely btw. The problem with AMD for me is that the drivers were too unstable. Used to have 5870 CF but have 580 sli atm. And there are pros on the console side aswell. Cheap? Games cost more on console. I dont realy agree with you...

  • @EliteGhost001 I've seen some benchmarks in youtube, and some of them seemed legit.. But Intel is my option too. I know every console player is not a kiddie, but still, because consoles are cheap, and the player can be sure that his/her console will run that game.

Xbox 360 250$ - Good gaming PC 1000$ - will need few years later some updates

  • @EliteGhost001 And some players just prefers consoles. I have also ps3 and it's just nice sit down, take a nice position on a chair, and play some games of a NHL or Bad company 2

  • @metifu 8 cores at like 500mhz, fail

  • men i would kill to have that girls job awesome =)

  • i would love to work for intel...

  • :/ like I guess I know more then the simpleton about computers, like I never get lost on what im doing, and Ive learned you know a little bit of how scripting works and stuff like i understand some java. when i think about it could I be like one of these people at intel that design the processors? like my head explodes just trying to think how the actual hardware works, where the cables all lead to. I feel like assembling a computer is like for chumps compared to what these guys know.

  • If u see the lady, that is testing the games,it seems that she is using a radeon( AMD ) xD

  • It seems simple a i7 processor running a phone but it would be pointless. Save gaming for the real gaming devices i.e PC's.

  • *sighs* one day....one day

  • A dream, tedious job.

  • oh poor regina plays games over and over

    probably the best job ever

  • what game was she playing

  • Comment removed

  • @PanCakePB It was Crysis.

  • I feel just great having a processor in my computer designed by people who still use tube monitors.

  • @Lasergun45 thats general thought in any company, use a resource until it either stops working, dies, runs out, or kills people lol. Unless your the military cause you need that last one.

  • can someone answer this question please. So I just brought a lap top with core i7 dual core. But when I add my gadget to show CPU usage it comes up with 4 cores and all of them are working (Not 2 of them at 0%). So is my i7 a dual core or quad core? thx

  • @CastleRockable Use LinX with Windows Task manager, if 4 Cores load up it is Quad, If only 2 out of 4 do, then it is a Hyperthreaded i7.

  • @Jesse4AGE i think its a hyerthreaded i7 cause when i got into a app called core temp i only have 2 cores. Is does hyperthreading make it act and perform like a quad core?

  • @CastleRockable Yeah, most likely HT, It does help partially if Games/Programs use them.

HT is not substitute for raw cores however. It will still perform better than a non HT Dual atleast.

  • @CastleRockable Thats a core multiplier you have 2 physical cores and 2 virtual cores so its like haveing a quad core. but too answer you question you have a 2 physical cores so you have a dual core. But it will act like a quad core. On my Desktop i have a quad core i7 and it shows 8 cores. the core multiplier multiples your cores by 2, so 2 cores is 4. a 4 core is a 8 core, a 6 core is a 12 and so on

Hope you like my answer and im glad i could help

  • @SuperRiguy O and its a hyper-threading technology:)

  • @SuperRiguy the core multiplier is what determines how fast the clock speed is rated example 2.4ghz . Hyperthreading is a virtual extension of the core enabling it to use inactive resources to trick the OS into thinking it is another core. Basically they added an extra controller to each core so you have 2 controllers asking one core to do tasks at the same time. I dont mean to talk you down i just dont want the term "core multiplier" to be misused

  • @CastleRockable could be 1 of 2 things, the place or company you bought it from labeled it wrong or you got an i7 that had hyperthreading enabled, when i saw the first mobile "i series" cpu's come out i was surprised to see i7 labeled laptops but they only had a higher clock speed than the i5 laptops. You may have gotten one of these but the hyperthreading was unintentionally enabled so either way luck you. And people need to learn about stuff before they reply to people asking questions.

  • all this just to watch porn...................

  • Get those HUGE CRT Monitors outta them labs please!

  • I was a hardcore AMD system builder until recently. My last quad core AMD gaming system lost the USB ports (I suspect the south bridge failed on the board) - I was looking to move to the newer AM3 socket, but decided to price out an X58 board and Core i7 950. I saw the benchmarks and knew Intel was smoking AMD - when the pricing was $100 or less difference between the two? I am now an Intel convert!! The wife has an i3 laptop, I have i7 desktop and laptop and moving wife's desktop to i5/i7!

  • They dominate for worldcommunitygrid crunching.

  • LOL...intel doesnt even use own stock heatsinks. They know they are crap especially with the i7!! I love the processor, but boy does she run hawt.

  • @budtwuk that's why you use a good cpu cooler, even if you're not overclocking, makes it live longer

  • i wish my ps3 had that and 10 gig memory instead of like 400 mb. my old mac mini has more memory

  • on chip Graphic Card, a good one now

  • progamer and standing?

  • There is a game called World.u r the player graphic card r ur eyes and ur proccessor r ur brains..Mine can run at 1000fps for sure

  • for an intel lab, they got real shitty arse monitors 1.10

  • for an intel lab, they got real shitty arse monitors

  • Why do they make different sorts of I7 processor ain't the cost and the time making every chip the same? So why don't they make all the chips 990x etc it's a question thats bother me,lol :o

  • @MrFpsBaby Because not all can afford it. They probably don't cost the same - cheaper ones for those who can't afford the expensive ones. In other words, microprocessors for everyones taste and wallet.

  • "Human Brain", is the most powerful and fastest cpu on the planet!

Thumbs Up! if you agree with me.

  • hahha i wanna play crysis in there!

  • I want to work for Intel now!

  • @gab1971 :)

  • Well my brain has an i999999 it is fast. I can run GTA IV, Crysis 1 and 2 and Mario at the same time
