I play tennis everyday so i get alot of sore muscels!!! This really works! Anothet tip is go to the pool for five minutes then go to the hot tub/sauna for 5 minutes and repeat!!! By the way my names carolyn too!
@purselover19 Hi Carolyn! I used to do the very same thing when I had a hottub beside my pool. I really enjoyed the contrast bath effect. Water is so effective for muscle pain. Even a hot shower then rinsing with cold water feels good! XO
@dgraz007 You go girl! Yes ice is the protocol for most muscle injuries. Most people want heat however.. but heat inflames, cold contracts. Ice: 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off. Nsaids also give much needed relief because they are anti-inflammatory. XO Carolyn

Lesli, I sent you an email this morning about your rash. Cortisone10 cream is what I use for itching and helps with rashes. Rashes can be a sign of lack of Zinc in your diet.
