For the white ball i think that you need to change the colour with the right mouse button and the grey bars are just done by clicking and dragging your mouse until you release it on another object.

there are three programs but there is an easier way to download a similar, WAY better program: download phun beta 4.2. it is a program WAY better that this one because this one is old. search in google Phun and download the latest beta. Please replay when you do so to se if you liked it

You make little loops and then you finish the looping line on another object. the more loops your line has the stronger the spring.
