There's a fat Britney because there's only two of them. It's French and Saunders from the UK, a comic duo. So one had to be Britney and one had to be Madonna. Jennifer looks more like Madonna so they can get the whole "look-alike" thing and then Dawn's the one left over and so she plays Britney, which is funny because she's not exactly Britney svelte at all. As for the "weird English accent", they're from Britain. And like someone else said, this is not MadTV. They did their own separate parody.

To us (Brits) it's hilarious - and the idea about Jennifer Saunders doing Madonn is because the are the same age andheight, so she is meant to think she is 'related' in some way.
