Irish Potatoes has nothing to even do with Potatoes, it's a very good desert made with with Cream cheese, shredded coconut, confectioner's sugar vanilla extract Ground cinnamon for topping and garnish or melted chocolate

There's no potatoes what so ever, it's a very old Irish treat.
