what you saw here in the video is the training of a regiment formed by civilian turkish boys. they are not paid and they are not professional. they are trained 3 months and serve 15 months in active mission. than they stand by in civillian life. number of them is 20mio currently. ready to be conscripted. number of professional soldiers is 150.000 including commandos, special corps, security brigades.
