I can't criticize stern and robin for the contents of their radio show. A radio show should be able to speak out what other forms of media can't. Why? bec. the absence of visuals has to be enhance by topics of interest expressed in words, it may be gossip, it may be painful truths, it may be personal or just business. As far as i am concerned she landed a 'role' in Precious. A role! why is it so controversial for this particular young actress. I can't criticize stern and robin for the contents of their radio show. A radio show should be able to speak out what other forms of media can't. Why? bec. the absence of visuals has to be enhance by topics of interest expressed in words, it may be gossip, it may be painful truths, it may be personal or just business. A radio format can be more entertaining and informative than a suppressed tv format.

First and foremost, I find all the comments made by avehicleonhalo to be repulsive. To call someone a c*&# when you literally do not them is about as tasteless as a person can get. I loved the movie. I feel she portrayed the part she was to play. (that of a girl being physically and sexually abused) Howard Stern and Robin have no business talking about anyone. Over 1/2 of the comments here are based on the "cover of the book", not what's on the inside. If you've bothered to see "Precious", you won't see an overweight girl, you'll see a very promising actress. Her role left me in tears! Her weight may hold her back, it may not, but Howard Stern isn't really anyone to discuss looks when he looks like one of those crows from "The Wiz"!!! I give her 100 thumbs up!
