@hijlaa LOL I know...But i find those Hollywood awards shows very bias, and they sometimes don't reflect actual talent like...how long did it take for 'Scorsese' to get his...almost a pity Oscar....and 'Heath Ledger' got one after his death, but we all know that even though he did a stellar performance in Batman...If he had lived he wouldn't have received one cause Oscar's don't recognize those types of movies...Here's hoping 'Tinker Tailor Spy' finally gives Gary his long overdue Oscar :D

God this is such a complicated movie, but also an overwhelming one. It's depressing, but makes you powerfull. It's sad, but gives you hope that one day you will be loved same way as Mina and Dracula were obssesed and beloved with each other. This movie is about cruelty and sences, but it touches your heart and makes you realize that evil, shown in this very movie, is natural, and normal.

Francis and Gary are just a wonderful team, perfect as Tim Burton and Johnny Depp.

Strange how this movie transcends the sum of it's parts. Keanu Reeves is just dreadful, Wynona's accent is almost as bad, but the movie is so achingly beautiful. Gary Oldman just takes my breath away with his performance. And that score! Kilar's work is near perfection, especially Ascension.
