Call Centres dont need a reason to fire people. Attrition is part of the call-centre business model. If management teams aren't constantly rotating new people they lose their purpose and thin out.
WHICH IS ONE OTHER REASON...why i would never buy apple again. they are so over rated that i'd rather not even bother to expend energy to explain the multitude of reasons why.
