I also wonder about how hot the hard disk in the Everun Note gets because its maximum rated temperature while being used is 60C according to the manufacturing website. If you are interested in this, you can use a freeware tool called Drive Temp (Dtemp.exe) to display this.
In Everun Note Bios, you can increase the speed of the graphics GPU as well as changing other modes that could impact performance such as allocated graphics memory. There are also many options I have no idea what they do so I will be doing some research.
This video was shot without anything being chganged in the BIOS - heat is a significant issue for the note so not sure how practical tuning up graphics GPU speed will be. In any case as far as Guild Wars is concerned the biggest issue isn't graphics quality - which is great as you can see - but being able to physically play the game properly on a 7 inch screen, which is a little tricky....
