Interesting comments here. Here's my 2 cents, can't tell what it is, but here is what it is not... a blmp / helicoptor / plane. I've seen blimps in the air near the staium, even from far away you can tell the blimp isn't that high in the air as this object is. Same with a helicopter, if it is stable, that means its filming which means they don't possibly film from that high up in the air. What could they possibly make out from that height??? So does anyone want to try again.

I'm from Southwest Philadelphia. I believe in UFO's, but if you look real close, i swear you can see a string, as if it's a balloon, floating in the air. Probably got away from some lil kid.

Here's the thing. If you watch from 2:37, I zoom all the way out and then back in and you can see how far out this thing is. If there is any string, common to what someone might have lying around their house, there is absolutely no way you'd be able to see it in this clip.
