I got the "mission-passed" moneyu and the boatyard asset builed, but it doesnt have the "checkpoint Charlie" name on the recoed after i saved the game. I've played this game since the release (2002) with my big bro, I use to hat this mission because it was too hard for me (I was like 8 when i finally tried this mission) and it used to PISS me off so bad, but if you can get the hang of driving the boat then its stupid easy, plus if you do it enough times, every time you win, You'll get 15,000 big ones and its so worth it :P

Hey if you guys are having trouble with this mission and are willing to use cheats, use the cheat to slow down time when they are explaining the directions. Then just do your turns sharp and good and you should be fine.

This mission is quite easy, took me a few tries.

I used the boat on the left, the handling and speed is much better in my opinion.

Use the space bar whenever you make turns using that boat, its so much easier.

Try it a couple times it took me 5.

How many boatyard missions are there? Is the max REALLY 2,000? I know the car place gives you the opportunity to raise the amount by delivering all the cars on the wall list. Anyway, took me a couple times because of stupidity, but then you realize that it's pretty damn easy as long as you dont do anything insane.

you don't "half" to do Checkpoint Charlie to get to the final missions in the story. you half to complete four or five assets (which must include the print works) though. however, if you want to get 100% completion of the game 'collecting packages, doing the stunt jumps, everything must be completed. and that includes the boat yard asset. good luck!
