can anyone please make a video tutorial on how to retrieve back my families wifi username and password...our's wasnt secured when we bought the router but when..mom said "ill secure our wifi k" the other day

and there it was finish but i think on that day our neighbor or any other people's with phones or whatever like (nerds) something.......hacked and changed our families username and password when i type "our ip adress" on the browser we can use the internet but we only have 1 bar....pls help

Thank you SOOOOOO much! I forgot my password and I couldn't connect to the internet on my Ipod touch. The default setting for frontier gigaset is

Name: admin

Password: admin

(no capitals).

Then go to Home Network and click the third link. Your password will be right there. :)
