I should take you out some time, when it snows.. I've been through a 15-18" of snow several times.. It's all about the tires you're on and keeping momentum
Man...what would I ever do without my good old 4x4 Durango and 17" all terrain Goodyears? I feel for you guys. Must have been hella cold! Lol! BTW...why didn't you pick the car up and carry it onto safer ground? What does it weigh? 100 pounds? You brits and your tiny cars! Hehehe. But I must say, I would likely be stranded around the same area due to expending all the gas in the tank. I only get about 16 MPG, lol!
oh i wouldnt know why though is it all the steep hills? he just drives it and it the funnest car to get out of the deep snow lol. because we got a crappy FWD focus and a big truck the sucks down gas a lot
Never said it was a British car. Just referring to how it seems there are mostly very small cars being driven in England. And yes, my info on the matter is limited to television as I have never had the opportunity to visit. Lately, we would do well to follow suit here in the U.S.

The impreza will only do about 20 mpg or less
bl4ckprez 3 years ago
no my bros has a impreza and it gets 25 mpg, and its a 97
elementfreak1344 3 years ago
Yes 25 is achievable if you stay off boost all the time. Depends on level of tune too
bl4ckprez 3 years ago
no boost no tune lol its just a work car for him
elementfreak1344 3 years ago
lol ;)

Sorry I'm being a little narrow minded. I'm from the UK and I'd say that 98% of impreza's here are turbos and on average 300-350 bhp
