hes not lip synching. someone did the vid at the concert and then went home and synced the CD cut to it. most likely cuz the audio at the venue was distorted... i think this was done very nicely.
at 1:41 into the song, you see Jon looking around and not singing, thus my observation. Yeah, I know the video is most likely out of sync, but that just looks strange.
this isn't a live song. the video is just footage of a tour set to a song. the song is actually crappy quality because the 'real' song is much better sound quality... hope this helps.
