I know a guy now that is married to a wife from hell. They have 1 baby girl. But he is trapped w/her for the love of his daughter & can't afford to pack up & leave. He has a girlfriend & I met her. But can't blame him. (You would not blame him either if you met his wife) I pity him. Going in to a marrage is like russion rollett. It could either make you happy or destroy you as a person. I seen this w/my own eyes. I made that mistake 17 years ago & I will never marry again. No thank you!

I wouldn't say its russian roulette as much as it requires proper planning. People just jump into marriage because of "butterflies in their stomach" or some other nonsense like that. I have not yet gotten married and can't say for sure if I will, but I know that if anything is to last long term, it has to be built on solid practicality. Romance comes second. And yes, it is better to be single and touch it out alone than to go and marry the wrong person who will ultimately ruin you.

Many females think it is a fairy tail, being the center of attraction on their wedding day, never understanding the true meaning of marrage! Al Pacino was a smart man & never married. He held on to his money & did not waste it on some Gold digging Bimbo's expensive divorce. Be honest? My advice- Never marry & stay happy! It ruined me & I'm a woman!

Guys are simple - they need certain things, and the things guys need when they are dating, they still need in marriage! Also, if the woman expects the man to work and be the primary bread winner, the man also has expectations of the woman. If these expecations are one-sided, things tend to fall apart.

I'm not sure if I am revealing a 'trade-secret' here, but a male friend would NEVER reveal another male friend's affair to his wife.
I have a close-knit group of friends and the guys would watch my back. If anything, they'd try to cover up and shield my affair from my g/f. I'd do the same for them. It's like an unspoken brotherhood agreement and it is my belief that most men-men friendships are the same.
Not so sure about my female friends on this one. I don't think they'd be supportive :-)

Her friend is a good true friend and has some balls that's one of the hardest things to tell a friend because it can backfire on you. When I was in high school I told my best friend at the time that I saw her boyfriend at the movies kissing another girl. At first she believed me but once he got to her all the changed, all of a sudden I was jealous, a lair and obviously blind. They stayed together (not for long tho) and we stopped talking after that. It can be a lose-lose situation.

What the fudge and cookies. Nope I think cheating is having lies you want to hide. that causes any relationship where lies are to be less than what it is. Truth is so important. Just don't commit to relationships letting others know your boundaries if you think you may cheat. Why cause potential sadness or anger in all those relationships. Break up with people you fall out of love. Some truth is always found out eventually. As you can see I believe cheating is the cowards way out.
