I have this in the Aquarian Teacher book and was looking for how to do it live...a little more than just reading it. Thank you for posting this video of it. You remind me of my Bulgarian friend with your adorable accent. Just for everyone you keep your eyes just a little open and your right thumb under your left when your fingers hit hands facing down. 7 min. is just great. I shall visit this posting again when I feel the need to be led in this powerful meditation. I felt truly blessed!
End times are upon us and many prophesies are coming true. I know you're seeking enlightenment, as we all are. But, it is prophesied that many false gurus will come and turn the seekers away from the truth. Forget a spiritual 'hit' from meditation, it's more important that you save yourself from what's going to happen. Your soul will continue, get saved -study what Jesus tells us :-)
This is a powerful mantra. I chant it for 30 minutes and my body especially my hands vibrates like crazy. This mantra can expel evil spirits as well. BTW, you don't chant it the way you say it.
I don't have any experience in this type of meditation, sorry to say that it would have been wonderful to see your hands position while you were explaining the prosperity meditation... It was hard to see them, in detail, while you were meditating.-Thanks for sharing..
Just a little detail: sorry for correcting you, Yogi Bhajan told us to keep the palms of your hands straight while doing it and as well that we can do it for 11 mins., in case of emergency, while having no money at all!! The Mantra is HAR HAR HAR....Blessings, thnx 4 sharing

Dear @TheLearnin, first of all, I am honored you would (insistently) ask. Secondly, I only share what has been my personal experience, and I have not practiced the Subagh Kriya. It does look like powerful kriya. I am sure you have seen the link at yogibhajan. org. I was sleepy when wrote last, and wasn't thorough about question. Was wanting to know how to make any FUTURE message private that i might send you, should it be of a more personal nature.
I am also practicing Subag and would love to hear any info you offer Gordon.
Direct reply back to you didn't work. "youtube" service is what appears in the return address, and the directions were to go to my inbox to reply. Though "inbox" was underlined, was not clickable. Will check it again.
Hi ZuniBlue have you seen the subag Kriya by hhsk1 the gentleman with the orange turban ad the long bird? I am just currious to know if you know why he rolls his hands and chants the mantra. I am not sure what it means. Perhaps you can watch both videos and let me know. Warm regards Gordon
Is it Ok to use a zafu cushion or small pillow (as in Zazen) to sit forward on when doing seated kriyas?
Also, i like Har Hare Hari Wahe Guru because of the way it makes me feel....if i used it as an all-day mantra, or as a 108-count daily-mantra practice, would it invoke "greed karma"?....That's the best way i can put it.
Dear RavenOptima, for this particular kriya if you really have to use the cushion, go ahead and use it. Using any cushion with any Kundalini kriya would not be my own personal preference. I use cushion only with prolonged sitting meditation as in Vipassana, if it's over an hour. In Vipassana as you establish your sitting position you don't move at all for the rest of the sitting, you use only your mind to research the territory within you.
I am so happy to know you seem to have made it through the Vippassana course. I almost went once, but the center near us has a different diet than any other, so it didn't work out. I have friends who have done it too! (no reply needed)
i am very confused with these type of meditations for prosperity. people do this meditation though they may have everything they need and in africa there are i do not know how many children dying each day because they have not enough food. does that not make you think..
Sat Nam, nycballer4life! I really wish I would not be the only one picking up the comment and rushing ahead with the answer. But here it goes...
I believe Prosperity is not just something on the outside. It is also a big time on the INSIDE. When it goes to this side of the fence - ON THE INSIDE - you never know where and how people are happier. It may very well be that in Africa on the inside people are much happier; and THEIR FACES ARE RADIANT, and they SMILE A LOT MORE! rather than in America
In actuality, all the pain and suffering as well as happiness and joy are spread equally over the continents of Earth and over the span of one person's life. That is my believe. It is a equal ocean of life for everyone. One just can not measure the inner territory's scale of intensity. Even a person who has very little - can experience a intense caliber of happiness. In a way, in America I am observing much more inner unhappiness than I ever have - back in Turkmenistan. So, through this simple
meditation - Kundalini Yoga is giving us a tool to search for Prosperity in whatever way your inner or outer "want out of life" ruling your life. Or, perhaps, if you are really centered in your core, and balanced in your inner and outer, this meditation still can "prosper" some opportunities for you in whichever way your soul or spirit are moving.
Peace and Success,
and Much Love to all my beloved subscribers, friends, all people on planet Earth, and all sentient being far beyond.
Please remember the instruction Yogi Bhajan gave for this kriya - only 3 minutes a day if you have a job. 11 minutes if you don't. "Anything more is greedy, and I will not be responsible for the karma," he said.
This meditation helps with stock picks i've done it for 20 minutes and an hour.. you will not believe the prosperity you can get. Karma free.. Karma free my friend.. the powers of the moon, and mercury and jupiter
Dear TapthaathStudios....is what you describe in your comment here still going on?....And if you are not going by the guidlines of 3 or 11 minutes, how do you know for sure that there will not be Karmic consequences to follow?...They are are not always immediate. I worried for you a little when i read this, this is why i am asking, also due to curiosity.
first I started replying in great detail, but it did not post. Next I hit "remove" by mistake instead of "reply" - and your last question is gone. Sorry.
I am going to try and answer it to the point.
In Vipassana retreat - they distinctly did not allow me to use my sheepskin for sittings. The reason was - it's an animal energy that should not be circulating. In Kundalini yoga - sheepskin use is widespread, (Yogi Bhajan was a complete vegetarian), yet sheepskin was encouraged.
so, sheepskin actually does present some level of comfort. I understand that your were concerned not with the level of comfort, but with alignment. As I said in a previous post, most kriyas are moving breathing, chanting, holding mudras kriyas. Breathing or singing constantly energizes the body, so that vibration in enough - to keep me going. I can not speak for others, please ask the others, as for me - I never used cushion with my self or my not numerous students. Personally for me
if I am chanting - it is very hard for me - not to move. Chanting most of the time brings me into ecstasy. Perhaps, this is why 10 days of 10 hours a day of Vipassana was very challenging - I really had to learn (Finally!!!) not to move AT ALL! Of course-there is different kind of ecstasy in silent chanting. Guru Dev Singh used to facilitate 5 days Ray Man mantra meditations in India. Besides, there is Ajapa Jap-when the mantra becomes you and actually chants itself in the back of your mind.
in your case - Har Hare Hari Wahe Guru - if you are going to do it silently - 108 times or all day - I believe it is totally safe - just in case you need to hear it from me. It feels like striking the hands or fingers are more like invoking the desired action; and doing it silently - is more like listening to the voice of God, or Creator, Or infinity - within you.
Also, I do hear that you are expressing concern about invoking "the greed". I do not believe into such thing. Money is one of the
In future I do believe, that people will be able to exchange some rainbow vibration from the brain or body essence instead of exchanging the money... Beauty as a denomination of value.
Hi. I posted to you a while back. I chanted HAR for three minutes and felt incredibly refreshed the other day. I thought of you because I got that chant from your youtube.
I remember you and our correspondence while back. I also asked you to give me some lines of your favorite songs, I wanted to show you how you can make short mantras out of them and lift up the spirits swiftly
Hallo! I need to know something about breathing in this meditation: is it better to breath in before every "har" or to breath in enough air to chant a few "har"? Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand what I mean :)
In the beginning take a deep breath to start, then let the breath happen. When you do it for 7, preferably 11 minutes, all the parts of this med transmute into a total oneness. Breath, pulling the root, pulling in the navel, striking the palate with your tongue, the voice, the striking of fingers and turning of hands - all becomes one purifying fire.
Thank You for this! I will experiment with this, it feels very energizing! I was wondering if you knew any meditations for raising up energy when the biorythms are low.
Directly to our Higher Power? That would be learning to listen to Silence. It is good to chant some sacred words - repetitious short mantra; or. even better - long sacred poem, like Japji Sahib or Jaap Sahib - to sail your mind off into Divine Infinity. As your mind reaches Silence, listen. In the beginning there will be shorter patches of Divine Silence. your thoughts will be coming in - but your Higher Self's thoughts.
If you make the chant, in this term, the worship of the Divine Name, your constant practice, - you also will be hearing your core essence talking directly to you in between the lines as you chant.
How come an Indian language? Many reasons, naming just one: Breaking your tongue into pronouncing all this difficult syllables will also be breaking your conditioned mind. Besides, the tongue corresponds to all of your internal organs, as you chant, you energize all that with the divine vibration.
All that energy aroused within your mouth cavity is a big union of Yin and Yang (The mouth cave - is a Yin; the striking tongue - is Yang), so, you are creating the alchemy right there. Then, all this energy in your mouth rises to feed your Pineal - the master gland, which also nourishes the Pituitary, and all the rest of the glands as well - down the body. So,with time, all your body becomes a divine tool, communicating your Higher Essence's messages to you.
I have posted 3 voice videos in response to help. There is one more coming. The voice is one of the most powerful tools to elevate yourself. Is this helping so far?
What are your favorite songs?
Can you give me some lines - the most favorite from those songs?
I have actually picked a new med - The power of thoughts - and have discovered that my left index finger is a bit restricted and need some healing before I can record that meditation.
