@9mmJeff ..ok DUMBASS, the TRUE percentages DO NOT justify your position -- income tax is not the only tax collected; there's also sales tax, property tax, excise tax, , import tax, export tax, road tax, tolls, etc, etc. so let's say income tax makes up 1/3 of all taxes collected in the US by all governments, local, state, & Federal -- so if the top 1% pay 38% of the INCOME TAX, then they pay 38/3= 12.5% of ALL TAXES, yet they make 19% of ALL THE MONEY.. therefore they SHOULD BE TAXED MORE.
