@TheFonkus I get it at Super Target. (Never looked for it at whole foods) Them but heads keep moving it around too. You may have to ask a manager. Sometimes its hiding in the produce section other times in the cleaning supplies. You can also buy it from Amazon. Someone commented a while back who he makes it at home. I don't remember what he uses. The store bought stuff works real good. Good Luck!
Leave them big knives for the 'pop' free days. We don't need to lose another cook on here, this time due to blood loss. However, it's your house and your call.
I'm still getting the ingredients for your spaghetti balls and now these? haha Damn. Info overload.
Nice looks like the g/f and I will be having meatballs again...looks damn good. Hey so why you leaving the water on for us Californians we got plenty of it that's for damn shore. Love the GPS idea maybe next time my g/f ask me a dumb question like where you at I'll tell her to look it up on the GPS.
@007bondjb Not since last winter we got 30+ inches or rain our average is only 14. 24 inch was all from one storm and what a storm flooded a section of my house. Yea GPS hahahaha I liked idea very cool.... man I'm all pent up here in the office wish I could be home having a pop and working the yard but raining today too.
This is the height of yumness! This tomboy 'bout near fell off her chair leaning towards the monitor to get a closer look at this fine meal. You have given us another present JB - thanks!
Everything you do looks great to me. However I was just wondering who cleans up after the cook is done? I am just asking...he he he !!! Thank you for all you do.
@redneck4541 If you have a septic or back treatment system thats correct. I'm connected to the city sewer main & run plenty of hot water down the pipes after to flush out the grease
Lord have mercy that looks fine!!!!!!!!! I have to ask one thing though JB. We used to tease a friend of mine's wife who also did not like garlic that she is a vampire...is Miss JB a vampire too?
@M3MB3RR But Wait! Buy in the next 25 mins for the low price of just $2 dollars (plus $24.99 S&H) and you'll get 2 for the price of ONE! Thats rite! Just add an additional $55 handling charge. Hah!
@007bondjb That's cajun GPS? I guess I was wrong. I always thought cajun GPS was a football t-shirt with an LSU or Saints logo on it. That way, if a cajun drinks too many pops gets lost, we can kindly turn him back around towards Louisiana and tell him, "Don't stop now, Boy! One step at a time!".
@MissBurr1 I don't know whats in it. Someone comment on a past video about how to make it using household food stuff. Maybe they will reply. I don't remember what he said
I have no idea why heavy milk, milk powder, tastes so good in this sorta thing, but it does. The Kosher use non-dairy creamer which tastes fine but if you know what's in it, I dunno why you'd wanna eat that. I'd only suggest a raw fresh mushroom or two finely chopped in your mix. I am gluten intolerant so it's gotta be oatmeal for me. Absolutely terrific, and uprated. Oh, my Philly friend was angry you ground the meat for a Philly steak. I say he oughta try it.
Hey JB, Meatballs look good enough to eat! LOL! Talked my mother into making he famous meatballs when I went to Fresno! Take Care!

I have to say that's the most perfectly seasoned cast iron pan I've ever seen.
That finished plateful looks like heaven. By frying first, the meatballs must have real solid character. I've gotta make this!

@kadensgrandpa08 The meatballs tasted great but didn't hold together well when fried.
(I usually bake em) Don't use milk & bread, use about 1/2 cup bread crumbs & a egg per 2lbs of meat.
Then fry em. They will hold together better.
