@celtik916 That was done with a mod called "ASS Mod" Admin mod. However, the server values can be changed in a single player game with simple commands. For example, if you want to make the NPC limit 5, you would type this in console: sbox_maxnpcs 5 and for props, sbox_maxprops 100 For this to work in a multiplayer game, you will need to enter the server's RCON password first.

Also, a "pissoff (playername)" command that sticks the ball under a player at all times so they can't move :D
