He wound up calling and interviewing my Family because there was information in there that he had come across in his investigation that nobody knew yet. Unfortunately townspeople put a stop to the investigation in fear of ruining tourism.

After watching a show about Billy the Kid I think the pardon issue is still valid, whether or not this man was Billy I think that the issue should be addressed of whether or not he should have been pardoned. Billy wasn't the only gunman in a war between factions and he was on the losing side and both sides were rather ruthless so he may very well have been wronged in the pardon issue.
They're doing the trials now for Billy the Kid, I live in New Mexico and its been in the news here the past few weeks. I believe Richardson will issue him the pardon on the terms that he was a soldier fighting during war time, outside of US judiciary boundries since at that time NM still hadn't achieved state hood
