@PicturesForMyMom Guess we liked the close ups more than the long shots... and also J put a lot of work on the makeup. We could have had a different approach and vary the shots, I agree. In our defense I gotta say that we just had some crazy ideas that came together in this video. :-)

@MisterSkillet100 Well you don't have to watch it again. ;-) I'm glad you (at least) enjoyed the reptile character. :-) We actually remade it 'cause the first make up made me look more like a bird than a reptile. :-P We had lots of fun making the video and perhaps it would be even more fun to put together "Reptiles - bloopers". On the other hand - you've been tortured enough... *lol* ;-)

@syster74 Josh would deny that this song is about actual Reptilian hybrids, and just say its a metaphor for how horrible and "reptilian like" the men who run the music industry. Almost everyone in his position has witnessed a shape-shift happen at some point, even if its just the eyes. And of course some have seen full blown shape-shift, which suffice to say, is the most terrifying experience a primate can have. As for the video, he'd probably like it :)

I interpret the song to be about "The Reptiles" as the music industry leaders (or why not - the government/world leaders?) The Carnival/Circus can be seen as the music/entertainment industry. However, the video is not (as you can see) about that. It's a mishmash of images that pops up in my head when I listen to the song + tiny bits & parts of music videos made by QOTSA & The Foo Fighters. :-)

@syster74 interesting points, i myself have been getting some kind of illumanati message in a few of thier songs, for example gunman, reptiles and no one loves me and neither do i, mind eraser ect. they all have references that could have dual meanings. makes you wonder whether they are trying to warn or spread the message of new world order. basically because we dont fully understand the situation that is around us are we completely unaware as we dont want to believe......are tcv reptiles???

What I find cool is that the actual song gave me that weird vibe of walking through a freak show or some bizarre house of horrors at a carnival. That feeling of not knowing whats around the corner but you know it'll be creepy yet fun. This video takes that vibe and gives it some great visuals. Besides Sexy+Weird = TCV all the way! Awesome stuff :)
