I think when he's saying "Brygge" he's talking about the Belgian city of Bruges which is named after its bridges. So, Brygge probably translates as both Bruges and "bridge".
@xxkid123 probably some running gag. But, if you know a German person, it's kinda funny, 'cause you can show them this and then when they don't have something you can yell "THEN GO ONLINE!". My German friend can't help but laugh whenever this happens.
Norway's Bathing Rules
3. when should you then swim?(!)
4. dont walk out without knowing the water depth *sarcasm*
5. Swim along land (Oooo we have 43.000 km coastline, *points* Swim!!!)
6. dont swim under bridges/brygge & in front of springboards
7. don't push others into the water

germans come to denmark on holidays and they never know how to swim and are the people that dans rescue the most.

@xxkid123 X has no friends - because he's from Germany. (The joke is that German's has no friends). So he asks him to go online (to find friends).

"Th rule really means, "don't swim if you don't know how dept the water is""
"Don't dive if you don't know how shallow it is" er mer korrekt.
