Empire State Development Corp., an arm of state government, awarded GM a $3 million capital grant and $1.82 million in Excelsior Jobs Program benefits for the investment and retention of jobs in Rochester, NY. Can the almost bankrupt state afford this ? Especially after we just found out GM does not pay takes ? God bless us, one and all. Will any of the Middle Class still be here by Christmas ???

General Motors ≠ General Electric.
