red lights are only allowed on the EMS/Fire Chief and Co-chiefs cars, and Ex-Chiefs, so unless you plan on climbing the ranks you'll have to settle for blue

how do you make the flash patterns diff speads. like ex: ur grill lights are tripple flash and ur clear strobes are diff speeds. how do u or what did u use for this animation.
