This was the "Porsche Sport Driving Experience" i.e. a weekend of average folks getting to test drive all the different 911 models on a closed circuit with one GT3 in the lead with the instructor. Our speed was limited by him which was probably a good thing given that none of us had racing experience. It was an incredible experience that I will never forget and I did hit 120mph on the back straight. Hope you enjoyed the video nontheless!
It's always a pleasure to see Porsches doing what they do best (even when they're not being trashed!). I would have suggested the Cayman S with manual gbox, though. It's easier for people without track experience, specially between apex and track-out. I own one, and twice a month I'm on a circuit. Can't get enough of that! Keep your love for Porsches man!
@lowenzahn69 I loved it so much, thank you man!!! I am dreaming of doing that driving experience myself! Must be mind-blowing. And I too want to buy a Carreera S within 10 years!
Not sure to be honest, but I'm guessing not. I'm using manual PDK paddle shifters on the steering wheel during both laps, makes you feel like Formula 1. I was just getting the feel for when to shift up and down and how to enter a turn when we had to pull into the pits :( I'll be signing up for the Porsche racing school as soon as I can. Awesome Experience!

Sorry, I meant 'between turn-in and apex', during braking and entering.

Unfortunately not! I'd like to have a Carrera S or a GT3 one of these days though. Need a few more years to earn that million first :)
