@tzepesh20 , their superhuman strength which is evident in the episode "Babysitter" in Halo Legends where it shows a SPARTAN-II throw an ODST drop-pod out of a swamp, increased speed, and I think intellect, though not so sure. And Master Chief is one of the few SPARTAN-II's left.

@tzepesh20 In a way, yes. It isn't cyber implants, as the only cyber implants they have are in their helmets, which is connected to their brain or something like that, as this is how MC and Cortana. It is far off what I said, however thats the best I can describe that. The SPARTAN-II's have genetic enhacements, making them practically super human. A few examples of this are their enhanced eye sight with thier genetic enhacements tey can see far more better in the dark without any artificial aid
