Ill give it to you this is pretty impressive especially the leaps... but the weights were too light for the guys builds and dropping them is just stupid and not safe! plus the return to the ground provides your body with more stress and you muscle fibers to pull and push vice versa to the inital lift... other than that great job and I wish I could leap like you!
@beautyblind1 dropping the weights is most certainly safe. Try this: 470# snatch (World record) and try and let it down slowly, and catch it at your waist. Yup, you're going to throw your back out. Anyone who does olympic lifts is going to use bumper plates and drop them from that height. Its the only way to do it with any longevity. So far as the weights, they are going to be VERY fatigued by the 3rd set, and doing it with more weight would not be a good idea.
