Not really, yeah sure, the first 10 seconds or so of both songs sound similar, but this band just maintains that same 10 seconds throughout the entire song. to say Buckcherry ripped off this band is ridiculous. They just happen to have kinda the same basic tone at certain times. There's only so many tunes possible to make. I'm sure that you can find two songs that sound exactly the same as one another by mere coinincidence.

Plus, how old is this song? The basics for Crazy Bitch was made around 01-02, and was released in 05. There may have even been a demo before that. I really don't see any logistical evidence that Buckcherry stole anything.
