soaringusa and nesail (.com) both sell them. I'd also recommend looking at Yak 54 EPP from the same maker as there are some nice improvements...

with this setup... where is your throtle stick when you hover? like 3/4 or half

With this setup, I'd say hover is about 2/3 ;-)
