I was about 5 when this movie came out. This is such a beautiful song, I haven't heard it in ages. I only now realised that it was a young Padmini Kolhapure playing the young version of Roopa. Padmini would herself grow up to become a very beautiful young lady in Indian cinema. I had a massive crush on her after she grew up.
