  • yeah, after seeing a few comments. Although this is such an amzing video the climb ups don't really match how much strength I know you have lee. The technique needs to be like a dyno. Its just a thing that I have worked so much on recently and I noticed.

  • Cool video dude! Like a few have sorta said: I'm pretty sure you'd benfit from working on your landings and 'touch' more. Some landings seemed very good but you were very inconsistant.

  • I feel almost compelled to write an essay on this video. Lee, your a sound person and you deserve everything good and that, but what it really comes down to is how canny you are. I've never talked to anyone else who has helped me as much with my parkour. Your video is testament to your skill, your brilliant and you can only get better. The only criticism is rounded back but virtually everyone lands like that sometimes. Your welcome at washy any time mate, thanks for such a good two days.

  • Yeah man sick, i liked how you structured the whole video showing snippets of all the places you'v been training at. Your arm to arms are getting nice, side flip roof gap looks henchh man, those rail precisions looked big but im sure you could control them alot better.

  • Madness, some really, really good stuff in there. Loving the control on the big rail precisions and catpass precisions. Very big armjump to armjumps too. Only real criticism is you slow yourself down with your climbups by not getting high enough above the wall before making the transition. Really focus on the pulling part of the movement, it should help you become less dependant on the swing for your muscle ups too. Look forward to training with you this summer, Lisses in particular!

  • Whilst I remember actually, one other thing, careful not to round your lower-back when you land, I noticed that a couple of times. Got a really painful back injury last year from doing that too often. Treat it like a squat, try and keep your spine neutral.
