From size 46 down to 34. I guess only who felt it on their own skin know what that means...
But what is the most important to me is really not the looks (but it helps a lot) is the health. I had diabetes, sleep apnea and high blood pressure... it's all gone now !!! Uh hu as the song says "... and I feel good !!!
