most broadcasts are region specific when it comes to airing some commercials. Being that this was on a nationwide TV channel and looks like it occured during a break in the program ...that maybe it was just a mistake made trying to cut scenes a misplaced or end of a campain ad or something. I do believe in a lot of conspiracy theories but this one just didn't get it for me.

This does make me raise suspicion abous unlawful subliminal messaging. However, voting commercials aired during that period, and it could've easily been a glitch where the start of a commercial airs but then is almost immediately interrupted by another commercial. If it were a subliminal message of mind control, wouldn't the programmers try to make it more well hidden, though? I'm not trying to advocate that it is a prematurely ending commercial or a subliminal message, but it's one of those.

I don't understand how they are effective. My brain sees them as errors and I immediately distrust the image and react adversely to it. I've also been manipulated with things (showing images and emotions with various products or people)to the point I'll attack anything that reminds me of it. I also have issues with people who dye their hair light, even tho I've done it myself. I automatically think they are a trashy whore. Do you remember the Miller High Life superbowl ad? Where the big black dude just yelled "High Life!!"? That was easily the best commercial during the superbowl. It only cost 1 second of airtime and people would remember it for being different. It kept people thinking.
By flashing obama on the screen for less than a second it made people think about him, and look how successful it was, over 20,000 views from a quarter second obama ad. Brilliant.
