  • Why is UK PayPal holding people's money illegally? What the hell is happening. I am an ordinary guy who has used the service just a few times to make personal sales. I'm no big dealer or money launderer, so why are they screwing up my request for withdrawal to my bank? Is it time for investigation by the Luxembourg Regulator and maybe the Luxembourg Banking Association? I wish he would contact me because I don't think Mr Thompson knows what's going on in his own business. Or does he?
